We do not pass a plate at Church of the City. We believe that Giving is a form of Worship, and we encourage you to Worship the Lord through your giving.

Give Online

Click "Give Online" button to have a popup on this page open.

  1. Enter the amount you would like to give.

  2. Select "One Time" or "Regularly" (for recurring automatic giving).

  3. Fill in Email and Name.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. You may have to verify with a capcha.

  6. If this is your first time, please select where to give from either a bank account or credit/debit card.

  7. You may select to "Cover Fees" if not the amount actually given to COTC will be your entered amount minus the fees.

  8. When ready, select "Give $#.## now"

Give via Mobile App

To give via an app (note that COTC using Planning Center to handle our giving):

  1. Download the mobile “Planning Center Church App” for your device by clicking the appropriate icon above.

  2. Open the app and search for “Church of the City” (it will be the only one with our logo.

  3. Log in / Create an Account and follow instructions.

  4. Select the icon at the bottom that looks like a dollar.

  5. Enter the amount you would like to give.

  6. Select “Next” at the bottom of the page.

  7. Select fund type (for example “General”)

  8. Select Frequency (for example “One Time”)

  9. Select payment method (you may need to add one)

  10. Select the radio button to cover fees (Planning Center charges a fee to donate, by clicking this button you opt to pay the fee so the church does not need too).

  11. Click “Next” at the bottom of the page.

  12. This will open your browser to a webpage to confirm your giving (note this will be the total which will include the fees if you opted to select that button).

  13. Select “Give $#.## now” button to complete your donation.

  14. A page will open allowing you to select to return to the Planning Center Church app.

Give via Text

To Give via Text:

  1. Open your text app

  2. Enter 84321 as the number to text

  3. Enter the amount you would like to give.

  4. Hit sent

Give in Person

Giving in person is always an option! You can drop an offering (envelopes available) at the giving station located in the foyer near the entrance to the sanctuary.
